Rooms were updated, breakfast was light staff was polite. We had a room overlooking oceanfront, the hotel was SMALL. Great service, good restaurant on site.

loved it. we were in the guest room with climate control, a seating area and a work desk. next to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
